Kuroko No Baske Episode 23

Kuroko's Basketball is an anime series adapted from the manga series of the same name by Tadatoshi Fujimaki. It is produced by Production I.G[1] and directed by Shunsuke Tada, it began broadcasting on Mainichi Broadcasting System on April 7, 2012 with Tokyo MX, Nippon BS Broadcasting, and Animax beginning broadcast in the weeks following.[2] The final episode of season 1 aired on September 22, 2012 and it was announced in the seasonally published Jump NEXT! winter issue that a second season has been green-lit,[3] and aired on October 5, 2013.[4] The series was also simulcast on Crunchyroll as part of their spring lineup of anime titles.[5] Kuroko's Basketball centres on the "Generation of Miracles", the regulars of the Teikō Middle School basketball team who rose to distinction by demolishing all competition. After graduating from middle school, these five stars went to different high schools with top basketball teams. However, a fact few know is that there was another player of the "Generation of Miracles", the phantom sixth player. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school with a powerful, if little-known, team. Now, Tetsuya Kuroko, the phantom sixth member of the "Generation of Miracles", and Taiga Kagami, a naturally talented player who spent most of middle school in America, are aiming to bring Seirin to the top of Japan, taking on Kuroko's old teammates one by one.

Kuroko no Baske Episode 23

Teikou Middle School is famous for its highly renowned basketball team, which produced the famed "Generation of Miracles": a team of five prodigies, each with their own unique abilities, considered to be undefeatable by the time they became third years. However, blinded by pride, they split up, entering different high schools upon graduation.

Taiga Kagami, having just returned from America, joins the basketball team at Seirin High School in search of strong team members. There, he finds Tetsuya Kuroko, a seemingly unimpressive player, only for Kagami to find out that Kuroko was the "Phantom Sixth Member" of the Generation of Miracles: an invisible player who used his impeccable passing skills to support the team from the shadows. Together, they resolve to defeat the Generation of Miracles and make the Seirin basketball team the best in Japan.

No, that dialog is made up. I saw the BL joke somewhere on the internet and while Kise's ankle/knee did bother him during the game, I'm not sure that shot from the image you posted is even from that game. The entire game is from the 1st season and I think it spans a few episodes:

Kuroko no Basket is an anime narrating the story of the sixth player, Tetsuya Kuroko, and a hardworking Taiga Kagami aiming to beat the arrogant five and becoming the finest players of all time. Each match goes on for 2-3 episodes with emphasis on all of the players involved in the match. Their movements, though exaggerated, increase the intensity of each match and makes the anime very engaging.

Full disclosure: I am not a fan of sports by any stretch of the imagination. After a brief (and fairly disastrous) bout with middle school basketball I have studiously avoided athletics of all flavors, even as a spectator, but I LOVE Sports Anime! 041b061a72
